The Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connection to land, sea, and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging. We also acknowledge and pay our respect to the Kaurna people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the AWITC office stands, and on which the 19th AWITC will be held. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
