Welcome Reception

Delegates to the Thirteenth Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference will gather for finger food and drinks following the first day's formal conference sessions. It is an opportunity to catch up with colleagues and to view, for the first time, the exhibition.

Cost to attend the Welcome Reception is included in the conference registration fee. Guest tickets can be purchased.

AWITC Conference Dinner

As is now tradition, an industry dinner will be held during the Conference on Tuesday, 31 July. Guests will be able to interact with other industry members, whilst enjoying excellent Australian wine and a quality menu prepared by the internationally trained and experienced chefs of the Adelaide Convention Centre. The menus feature the freshest of local and regional produce, creating a modern Australian cuisine that also incorporates the flavours of the east. The wine has been selected from a blind tasting of more than 200 wines from around Australia, selected by a team of experienced wine tasters, led by Louisa Rose (Yalumba Wine Company).

Guests will be treated to music from ETypeJazz during the evening and will also be entertained by Jean Kittson (pictured). Jean is well-known on the Australian comedy circuit and makes regular appearances on the celebrated Great Debate Series. She often appears on radio and writes for television, theatre, press and radio. Her versatility and unique insight is renowned.
