Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception presents an opportunity for delegates to mingle, meet with exhibitors and preview WineTech 2010 - the Australian Wine Industry Trade Exhibition prior to the official exhibition opening. Guests will enjoy fine Australian wines and a selection of canapés prepared by the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Conference Dinner - secure your place early!
We are pleased to host the industry dinner on Tuesday, 6 July. The Conference Dinner represents an opportunity for guests to interact with other industry members, whilst enjoying quality Australian fine wine and fabulous food prepared by the internationally trained and experienced chefs of the Adelaide Convention Centre. The wines have been selected from a blind tasting of more than 200 samples from around Australia, by a team of experienced wine tasters, led by Louisa Rose (The Yalumba Wine Company). The menu features the freshest of local and regional produce, and has been created to complement the wines being served.
Guests will enjoy an evening of socializing and enjoy dinner music from a live band.
